I would agree it has to do with Apple and the cox two factor authentication. I cannot even use cox as the tv provider thru the setting or even through some of the tv apps. However on a Roku or fire stick I can get them to work. It’s only on my apple devices that it will not take me to the two factor authentication screen for cox. Pretty sure at the moment it’s only Prime and Apple that have HDR10+ availability, other services are just Dolby Vision or HDR10. Netflix went with Dolby Vision. While HDR10+ and Dolby Vision are both backwards compatible with HDR10, they aren’t cross compatible with each other. What everyone else already said.
